Piano lessons are offered to students ages 3 and over. Each student receives individualized instruction based on their age and experience. The lessons follow a curriculum that provides a solid foundation in piano technique and musicianship. A trial lesson is required for students under the age of 5 to ensure readiness for piano lessons.
Piano lessons are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute intervals.
Public performance is encouraged for all students of the studio. Recitals and other performing opportunities are regularly provided. If a student has a special opportunity to perform (church service, talent show, etc.), a portion of the lesson time can be devoted to preparing for the performance.
Performance is an integral part of the learning process and the art of piano playing. There are two annual recitals given and all family and friends are invited.
Piano lessons for students with special needs can be a joyful and rewarding experience. The lesson focus is adapted to meet each individual’s needs.
Lessons for senior citizen and elderly students who are looking to stay sharp or pick up a new hobby are also offered.
Lessons are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute intervals.
